Problem / Opportunity

Deciding what to watch and remembering where you left off are small, everyday problems. We wanted one product, built with Turkish-speaking viewers in mind, that handles both.

Our Approach

We treated it as a single product across several surfaces: a React Native app, a Next.js website, a shared API and our own admin dashboard. That made it a test of the whole job, including store releases and a service that has to keep running after launch.

Watch tracking, ratings and watchlists
Episode-by-episode series progress that remembers where you stopped
Personal recommendations based on what you've watched and rated
Collections and a discovery feed
Social features: follows, comments with spoiler filtering, share cards and notifications
An admin dashboard and service layer for running the product
